Working Draft(b) Click on the “Add User” button. The application will ask the DisbursingOfficer to verify that he or she wants to create a new user account for the specified individual byclicking the “OK” button. A successful operation will be indicated by a status box that displaysthe username and password created by the system for the new user. Before clicking the “OK”button, which will clear the status box, write this information down for the new user. The usershould destroy this written note once he or she has memorized the username and password.
