Working Draft8.4.15 Resetting or Changing the PINCardholders who elect to reset or change the PIN associated with their Navy Cash cardswould normally use the K80 and follow the screen prompts. To change a PIN at the disbursingoffice:a. The Disbursing Officer clicks on the “PIN Reset or Change” link in the Navy Cashapplication.b. The Disbursing Officer instructs the cardholder to insert the card into the K22 andclicks on the “Get Chip Info” button. The Disbursing Officer must then verify the informationdisplayed and the cardholder’s identity and ownership of the card.c. The Disbursing Officer then clicks the “Submit” button to initiate the PIN change.d. The cardholder then follows instructions on K22 and enters and reenters a new PIN.e.
