Working Draft(3) If a visitor card is issued to use until the permanent card is delivered, theDisbursing Officer shall document issuing the card in the <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> Card Issue Log, recordingthe last four digits of the card number, name and last four digits of the SSN of the card owner,issue date, signature of the recipient, and the name and signature of the issuer.(4) Visitor cards are chip-only cards. They are issued by the disbursing office andare intended only to make purchases on the ship. They do not have a <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> accountassociated with them. They do not have a magnetic strip. They cannot be used for purchasesashore or to access commercial ATMs off the ship.(5) Visitor cards are reusable. They should be cashed out and turned in whenpermanent <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> cards arrive so they can be reissued.g. <strong>Navy</strong> Cardholder Issued Card Report. A report can be generated for temporary cardsissued through the <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> application at any time by selecting the “View Reports” link in the<strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> application, clicking on “<strong>Navy</strong> Cardholder Issued Card Report” in the “OperationsReports” window, filling in the start and end dates for the inclusive period, and clicking on the“Generate” button.
