Summary <strong>of</strong> findings:<br />

� Initial conclusions show that many <strong>of</strong> the course members are<br />

transforming their learning through interaction with new<br />

teaching-learning methods<br />

� Through their conversations with their re-established peer<br />

group membership they engineer a renewed pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />

identity<br />

� Through sophisticated support strategies within clinical practice<br />

they evolve their personal and pr<strong>of</strong>essional confidence and<br />

competence to be fit for practise<br />

� Transitions are seen to cross boundaries <strong>of</strong> a personal,<br />

pr<strong>of</strong>essional and organisational identity.<br />
