professional partnerships. Healthcare professionals need spaces that
are safe learning zones for collaborative learning and interactions.
These safe learning zones can bring the team players into a
functional space of interaction contributing to the development of a
culture of safety. By using communication tools such as CMM as an
exploration of team learning there could be an appropriate
dissolving of communication boundaries to perpetuate an open
atmosphere of healthcare delivery team interactions resulting in the
creation of a culture of safety.
