Analysis: Statistical analysis will be conducted through entry into<br />

SPSS version 13. Data derived from individual depth interviews and<br />

focus groups will be analysed after each interview, charted and<br />

indexed thematically using the ‘Framework’ method <strong>of</strong> analysis.<br />

Data will then be comparatively analysed across themes and within<br />

cases.<br />

Summary <strong>of</strong> key findings: As this research project is ongoing key<br />

findings will be summarised in October 2007.<br />

Conclusion: It is anticipated that likely research findings and<br />

applications will include: information on the effectiveness <strong>of</strong> current<br />

employment support initiatives from the business perspective;<br />

identification and dissemination <strong>of</strong> good business practice when<br />

dealing with mental health issues in the workplace; dissemination to<br />

clinical and rehabilitation settings in mental health to inform<br />

recovery based service development and delivery.<br />
