INDICAZIONI ATTUALI ALL’ISTEROSCOPIA DIAGNOSTICA CAP. 3
Nel post-operatorio l’utilità dell’isteroscopia diagnostica si limita agli interventi
pregressi di miomectomia addominale o metroplastica al fine di valutare le
caratteristiche e qualità dei processi di cicatrizzazione dell’organo uterino.
Indicazioni ostetriche. Le indicazioni per così dire “ostetriche” all’esecuzione
di una isteroscopia diagnostica rappresentano una nicchia abbastanza
consistente: persistenza di materiale placentare o abortivo dopo il parto o raschiamento
ostetrico; prevenzione della formazione di sinechie dopo curettage
post-abortivo della cavità uterina; monitoraggio della neoplasia trofoblastica
precedentemente trattata.
