BOLONHESA DE SHITAKE<br />

INGREDIENTES<br />

200 g <strong>de</strong> cogumelos shitake fatia<strong>do</strong>s<br />

½ xícara (chá) <strong>de</strong> cal<strong>do</strong> <strong>de</strong> carne light<br />

2 ½ xícaras (chá) <strong>de</strong> molho <strong>de</strong> tomate fresco<br />

2 <strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> alho<br />

½ colher (chá) <strong>de</strong> alecrim<br />

2 colheres (sopa) <strong>de</strong> cheiro-ver<strong>de</strong> pica<strong>do</strong><br />

MODO DE FAZER<br />

Bata os cogumelos e o alho no processa<strong>do</strong>r. Leve ao fogo<br />

em uma panela antia<strong>de</strong>rente, mexen<strong>do</strong> por três a quatro<br />

minutos. Junte o cal<strong>do</strong> <strong>de</strong> carne, misture e, quan<strong>do</strong> começar<br />

a ferver, acrescente o molho <strong>de</strong> tomates e o alecrim. Deixe<br />

levantar fervura novamente, abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por mais<br />

<strong>do</strong>is minutos. Adicione o cheiro-ver<strong>de</strong> e sirva sobre a massa<br />

<strong>de</strong> sua preferência.<br />

MOLHO VERDE<br />

INGREDIENTES<br />

2 abobrinhas fatiadas<br />

½ xícara (chá) <strong>de</strong> cal<strong>do</strong> <strong>de</strong> vegetais light<br />

¼ xícara (chá) <strong>de</strong> folhas <strong>de</strong> manjericão fresco<br />

2 <strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> alho pica<strong>do</strong>s<br />

1 pitada <strong>de</strong> pimenta-<strong>do</strong>-reino<br />

½ colher (chá) <strong>de</strong> sal
