§. 4. The lands and cafualties of this abbey fince the year 1361, have
been divided among the abbot and convent j and this partition holds good
in moft points to this very day; but the abbey no longer enjoys all the lands
and cafualties which at that time belonged to it. The lordHiip of S. Goar
on the Rhine, which had been annexed in particular to the abbots lands,
was about the year 1557 fold to the Landgrave oi Hejfen-Rheinfeh ; and of
the fovereignty, and confequently of the taxes of the lordrtiips of Avance^
Lo?icin, Fu7nay, Teppin and Ravin, the abbey has been deprived by the
bifliop of Liege and the King of France contrary to the treaties of Ryjwyck
and Baden. At the time of the above partition the annual produce of the
eftates allotted to the convent was computed at 4000 gold guldens. The
Eledlor of 'Triers in a memoir of his prefented to the Diet in the year 1722
for an abatement of this imperial circular and chamber aiTeffments, alledges
that the whole abbey of Priim, together with rhe remaining lands, did not
bring in above 1 500 rthler.
This abbey lies on the little river of the fame name, having a borough
near it, and not far from it ftands Nicdar-Prum, which is a nunnery of
BetiediSlifies.

1. The abbot's part confifts of
Certain tithes in the church villages of Budeßjeim, Nicder-Pruvt, Ob'zheim,
RommerPm7n, Seff'ern, Wejfeldorf, and the villages of Sarefdorf and
Waxiveiler : As alfo of
Certain revenues zt Mering, Schleich, Hetzelrode and JVillingen, allv/hich
places lie on the Mofel, together with
The lordfliip of Jußin, or S. Jiißine, fituate not far from Juliers, but
mortgaged,
St. Peters, a cell feated at Keßing.
The lordüiip of 5. Goar, lying on the Rhim; but about the year 1557
this was fold to the Landgrave of Heße-Rheinfels.
Altrip, in Latin Alta ripa, alfo flanding on the Rbifie, being one fhort
mile from Manheom, and a placeof great antiquity: of
Certain rights and incomes in the town 0^ Rheinbach, in the archbifliopric
of Cullen ; but thefe alfo are mortgaged.
A prebendary in the chapter of Mimßer-Eyßel in the dutchy of y^^Z/Vrj.
2. The convent's fliare confifts of
Certain dues and cafualties in the borough of Prüm.
The mills at Obzheim and Rommerß.rini, together with certain dues and
cafualities at Breresborn, Herlingsdorf, Schivirzheim, WaxiveiJer, JVeßeldorf,
Arweiler, Bacheim, Keßelingen, Arnheini in Gelderland, but fold, Morx,
Remig, and Humlar.
