Onolzbach.
II. Of the feigniory of Speckfeld^ in which is to be obierved,
I- The market of Einerßeimy which is a market-town, containing a
citadel.
2. Tht vWl^gts o{ Miincb-SontheinJy Nenzenheim, &c.
3. Sommerkaufen, a market-town, fituated on the iWis)'« and fortified with
ramparts and ditches.
4. Winterhaujen, a village, feated on the Mayn.
Rem. The family feat of Limburg, together with the borough and prefecliirate
belonging thereto, was fold, in the year 1451, to the Imperial
city of Sivabian-Hall, for the fum of 45700 florins, by Erafmiis, Lord of
Limburg. The old ruinous citadel of Speckfeld is in the pofleflion of the
bifliopric of Wurzburg. The feigniory of Wehheirn reverted, after the
death of the laft Count of Limburg, as an open m-ale-fief, to the ducalhoufe
of Wurtemberg; and of this feigniory particular mention (hall be made
hereafter.
III.
The Marggraves of Braiideitburg-Onolzhach have, by virtue
of the above-mentioned agreement,
obtained
1. Markeriß:ofen, a village, confining of feventeen dwelling-houfes, together
with its limits, dependencies, and the high and low jurifdidlion
thereof; as alfo the village and community-feigniory, flieep-hook, farm
and pafture, and all other rights and jurifdiftions, as well regarding the fubjedts,
people and eftates, as likewife the profits, tithes, chace and other incomes,
of what denomination foever, without exception.
2. The former free proprietary-fubjeds of Limburg, who refided in the
villages of Under-Sontbeim and Vmmenhofen, together with all the incomes
and prerogatives annexed thereto, and likewife the high and low-jurifdidion
Q^ Limburg, partly as handed down in both thefe places, and partly in any
cafes to be exercifed,
together with chace-jurifdidion and other rights.
Rem. Thefe villages belong in part to the Imperial city of Sivabian-HciII
and the prefedturate of Fel/burg ; but all the three adduced villages are
bounded by the Onolzbach upper prefefturate of Creilß:eim.
3. The former Litnburg fingle fubjedls, feoffees and eftates of Uppers
Speltach, Goldbach, Ingerjheim, GoUacb-Ofrheim (which belongs to the
canton of Odentvald) Pfahlenheim, Herren- Bergtheim and Seydej-zell, together
with all the rights, jurifdidlions, government, mulfts and refpedive taxes,
imports, average, fervice, rents, tythes, &c. particularly thofe relating to
the village and common feigniory of GoJlach-Oftkeim, though with exception
