employees are of supervisory or manager level. Several lower level employees also filled
some of the questionnaires but most of the questionnaires are filled by the researcher by
asking the questions from the staff. The main respondents for this research are the employees
working with the organization presently. In which employees from every levels of the
company are included i.e. Manager Level, Supervisory level and Lower level staff.

From the above results it is clear that most of the people are satisfied with the salaries they are
getting from the company but 25 percent of them are somewhat dissatisfied and only 8.3
percent of them are strongly dissatisfied with their salaries.
