� Employees input and output is required for making the team effectiveness;
� Give employees training programs and workshops on emotional intelligence to
tell them how to improve the job satisfaction and job performance.
� The emotional intelligence in the Pakistan studies is a little push, the
organizations should have to clear the mindsets of the employees towards the
emotional intelligence, the organization can increase the job commitment, job
involvement and decision making and of employees more effective and growth of
organization.
It is the responsibly of the managers of all firms to make all possible efforts and know
how the emotional intelligence of employees increase therefore to increase the team
effectiveness, job satisfaction and job performance of employees.
Limitations
The findings of the study lead to certain limitations i.e.
� We took a small sample size and did non probability convenience sampling.
� We used only questionnaire method for collection of data that is a limited scope
of research.
� We did not focus those factors that play role of moderating variable between
emotional intelligence of employees and team effectiveness, job satisfaction and
job performance of employees.
