In the Table 5 inter-correlation matrix is showing the Pearson correlation between the
independent and independent variable and their level of significance and number of
respondents who filled the questionnaires. Pearson correlation value between emotional
intelligence and its dimensions (motivating emotions, empathy and self awareness) is
high, i.e 83 to 95 percent and it should be high since these are facets of emotional
intelligence. While value of Pearson correlation between independent and dependent
variable is less since, these variables differ. The correlation between every group of
independent and dependent variables is higher than 45%; which is showing positive
correlation. Hence, all the independent variables found to be significant and positively
correlated with dependent variables. So, the entire null hypothesis rejected in this case
too and alterative hypothesis accepted.
