well as constitutional commitment of the government accepts to provide access to
education to every citizen (Govt. of Pakistan, 2000)
Education can play its role effectively if it is managed properly. Because a school is a
world in which people live and work. Like any other social organization the world of the
school has power, structure, logic and values, which combine to exert strong influence on
the ways in which individuals perceive the world, interpret it and respond to it. So the
behaviour of people at work in an educational organization, individually as well as a
group is not merely a reflection of their idiosyncratic personalities but is influenced, if
not defined by the social norms and expectations of the culture that prevail in the
organization. This interplay between individuals and the social environment of their
world of work is powerful in giving rise to organization behaviour, which means the
behaviour of people in the school organization. It has become the dire need for society
that everyone must has a specialization in every field of life due to rapid expansion of
knowledge. Education modifies that behaviour of a person, thus education can perform
this duty well if the system of education runs effectively. For making the education
system workable successful organization and management, which leads to organizational
behaviour must be focused. People (working in organization) are the key for running the
organization.
The educational mangers are the responsible of educational organizations. In fact the
education leadership is the key to open the door of educational development. After all,
leadership and administration as well, means working with the through other people to
achieve organizational goals. The educational mangers there who are appointed as
teacher, principals, executive education officers and DEO are though to be especially
effective for enhancing the organization‘s performance. The educational leadership, who
engage in laborious work, must know the organizational behaviour, which provides the
indispensable foundation of knowledge that is absolutely essential for achieving the
success in their assignments. The organization behaviour of the manager counts much in
the uplift of standards of output, updated skills and abilities can ensure high level of
productivity. More education and training is essential if the mangers of the future are to
constantly seek to add value to their stock of human capital and to strive for improved
performance.
2. Review of Literature
Education is the foundation of civilized society and every society seems to be engaged in
various educational activities. Its aim is to provide and promote education to the masses
so that well disciplined and mentally sound individuals can be prepared who ultimately
contribute in the development and prosperity of progressive society. Education system is
devised to inculcate the philosophy, social norms and skills for economic activities. We
also are rapidly shifting into a new era in the history of humans on this planet, which is
called the technological era. And education is the primary source of all technological
advances, innovations and human comforts and that we need development, which is only
possible through quality education.
Education is a powerful catalyzing agent, which provides mental, physical,
ideological and moral training to individuals, so as to enable them to have full
consciousness of their mission, of their purpose in life and to equip them to achieve that
