Managers should take the responsibility for the strong relationship within the employees of
their respective departments. Management should work hard on developing a good HR system
to compete with their competitors. Management should pay deep attention to the supervisors
by providing them necessary trainings and educate them to how they can get work from their
subordinates with motivation. By doing this willing workers can be produced. The
communication gap between the employees and the Chief Executive should be minimized by
making monthly meetings in which they should discuss the company‘s problems. They should
meet the employees facing the problem for their better solution. To reduce high turnover rate
RPGCC should improve their salary package, bonuses and other fringe benefits.
Management should provide the employees with friendly work environment, more flexible
working hours and with appropriate work load. To maintain the record of 550 employees
properly more people should be hired in HR office. After being successful in Golf club the
management should make their name in Hotel Industry.
