As already indicated(see note 4 by the Secretariat concerning article 37 <strong>of</strong> the convention in part one and thechapter on deleted articles <strong>of</strong> the trafficking in persons protocol in part two), the objective<strong>of</strong> the present publication is to reflect and present the complete picture <strong>of</strong> the negotiationson the content <strong>of</strong> the convention and its protocols, irrespective <strong>of</strong> which provisionswere finally included in the approved texts.
