The only difference in the text contained in <strong>document</strong>1It was considered that the final form <strong>of</strong> <strong>this</strong> provision would need to take into account the corresponding article(s)in the convention.2Japan suggested that <strong>this</strong> article should appear as paragraph 3 <strong>of</strong> article XVI <strong>of</strong> the protocol (see A/AC.254/5/Add.1and Corr.1).
