Approved text adopted by the General Assembly(see resolution 55/255, annex)Article 14Training and technical assistanceStates Parties shall cooperate with each other and with relevant internationalorganizations, as appropriate, so that States Parties may receive, upon request,the training and technical assistance necessary to enhance their ability to prevent,combat and eradicate the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, theirparts and components and ammunition, including technical, financial and materialassistance in those matters identified in articles 29 and 30 of the Convention.
