Required D&D Information As the project is an investment in the infrastructure systems of an existing facility, construction and demolition activities are minimal and are directly related to replacement and upgrade of these systems. The TRP Acquisition Strategy is based on tailored procurement strategies for each subproject in order to mitigate risks. The TRP subprojects will be implemented via LANL-issued final design/construction contracts based on detailed performance requirements/specifications developed during the preliminary design phase.
