The site currently has approximately additional 19,000 square feet of footprint in various facilities available for demolition. 10. Acquisition Approach Various alternatives were considered including a federally managed construction project or a project utilizing the current Management and Operating contractor, B&W Pantex, LLC. It was determined that, due to the specialized functionality associated with this project, B&W Pantex, LLC will be responsible for Title I, II, and III design services and the USACE will be responsible for Title III Construction Management services.
