U.S. Plutonium Disposition: <strong>The</strong> overall decrease results from a<br />

combination <strong>of</strong> decreasing PDC OPC since the majority <strong>of</strong> the<br />

workscope will be funded from TEC until the project is baselined,<br />

decreased MIFT funding reflecting the decision to proceed with a dry<br />

versus wet process for depleted uranium conversion, and delays in<br />

implementing reactor modifications for MOX fuel use.<br />

initiation <strong>of</strong> long-lead procurement to support the early MOX<br />
