Structure<br />
The course is competency based, which means that students will need to<br />
demonstrate that they can actually perform a range <strong>of</strong> practical tasks to industry<br />
standards. The commercially operated 2 ha <strong>Swinburne</strong> Estate Vineyard at<br />
Knoxfield provides an excellent facility for this practical training. The campus at<br />
Lilydale will provide the venue for the classroom based learning activities.<br />
