The course aims to provide the scientific knowledge and practical skills required<br />

by people working, or intending to work, in areas related to the forensic science<br />

industry. On successful completion <strong>of</strong> the course, graduates working in an<br />

appropriate area may have pathways into the Diploma in Forensic Science. The<br />

Diploma is divided into two streams: Fingerprint Identification and Crime Scene<br />

Investigation. There is also a pathway into the Diploma <strong>of</strong> Applied Science<br />

(Biological Sciences).<br />
