This course provides the skills needed to work in network engineering and
network management. It provides training in a range of relevant skills for the
selection, installation, use, programming and networking of microcomputers, and
for client support generally.

Employment in network administration, management or engineering, or in client
support. Alternatively, students are well prepared to continue to degree studies in
relevant areas of computing.

code development, systems analysis and design, project management and client
interaction. Major studies include: programming, the analysis and design of
