Fruit, vegetable and flower picking byhand is a task regularly undertaken by<br />

manual crop picking, sorting and/or grading in the field priorto delivery to packing shed.<br />

The work also includes the transport <strong>of</strong> the crop to a packing shed and some basic<br />

grading or sorting. In some enterprises and for some crops machinery such as power<br />

ladders, tractors, trailers and forklifts may accompany those involved in the picking<br />
