This subject examines a variety <strong>of</strong> disabilities, how to meet the leisure and health<br />

requirements <strong>of</strong> older people with specific needs, and also explores attitudes towards<br />

people with disabilities. There is an emphasis on involving those with disabilities in<br />

community leisure and recreation activities. The concepts <strong>of</strong> programming for leisure<br />

are introduced for planning, implementation and evaluation atthe initial level.<br />
