This module is suitable for participants who need to know how to establish and<br />

maintain a work team and who want to develop their communication skills to do this.<br />

Participants need well developed oral and interpersonal skills. The module focuses on<br />

team processes and the communication skills required to facilitate all aspects <strong>of</strong> a<br />

work team.<br />

Work teams, as distinct from groups <strong>of</strong> people who work together, play an important<br />

part in the restructured workplace. The leadership <strong>of</strong> a work team may rotate between<br />
