Provides the skills and knowledge required to follow key hygiene procedures, which<br />

apply in the hospitality industry, and within some sectors <strong>of</strong> the tourism industry. It is<br />

particularly relevantto housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and some tour<br />

operations.<br />
