freshwater environments, investigate the physical and chemical features <strong>of</strong> freshwater<br />
and saline environments and explain the biology <strong>of</strong> plants and animals that distinguish<br />
each, perform sampling <strong>of</strong> water and invertebrates in the field and undertake analysis in<br />
the laboratory.<br />
