This course is designed to train <strong>of</strong>fice personnel and small business operators in<br />
manual and computerised bookkeeping applications using MYOB (Mind Your Own<br />
Business).<br />
Aims & Objectives<br />
The course aims to provide participants with a sound knowledge in financial<br />
concepts to enable them to effectively perform and manage the daily accounts<br />
within a small business or <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />

Career opportunities<br />
Bookkeeper, payroll <strong>of</strong>ficer. Participants are also eligible for cross credits into<br />

The Certificate II course provides participants with introductory experiences,<br />
concepts and skills in a broad range <strong>of</strong> customer service and communication to<br />
effectively disseminate information and services for enterprises.<br />
The Certificate III is designed to significantly broaden the knowledge and<br />
practices that are required to take a leading role in the communication and<br />
customer service sector <strong>of</strong> an enterprise.<br />
Aims & Objectives<br />
The Certificate II aims to develop highly skilled call centre operators who become<br />
the frontline staff for business and service industries. All training involves<br />
practical, live experience in our call centre training facility in addition to the<br />
theoretical and simulated learning applications.<br />
The Certificate III focusses on consolidating communication and customer service<br />
skills to an advanced level, while introducing management and supervision<br />
practices that apply to this field <strong>of</strong> study.<br />
