POWs, the beneficiaries of the payments, and the amount of the sums to be paid,expressed in the Detaining Power’s currency. 350• This notification shall be signed by the POWs and countersigned by the campcommander. 351• The Detaining Power shall debit the POWs’ accounts by a corresponding amount; thesums thus debited shall be placed by it to the credit of the Power on which the POWsdepend. 352To apply the foregoing provisions, the Detaining Power may usefully consult the ModelRegulations in Annex V of the GPW. 3539.18.6 POW Accounts.
