The DetainingPower may limit the number of societies and organizations whose delegates are allowed to carryout their activities in its territory and under its supervision, on condition, however, that suchlimitation shall not hinder the supply of effective and adequate relief to all protected persons. 607The special position of the ICRC in this field shall be recognized and respected at all times. 60810.34 DEATH OF INTERNEES10.34.1 Transmittal of Wills. The Detaining Power has an obligation to help interneeswith their wills, such as by receiving them for safe-keeping. 609 In the event of the death of aninternee, his or her will shall be transmitted without delay to a person whom he or she haspreviously designated. 61010.34.2 Death Certificates.
