normative model (NM). A morphological analysis (MA) was then performed<br />

on these two in order to clarify the underlying factors. These<br />

three parts (DM, NM and MA) formed the basis of a questionnaire. The<br />

two models (DM and NM), the analysis (MA) and the questionnaire<br />

formed the basis for a common decision model.<br />

In order to answer the first research question I have also created a descriptive<br />

model (see figure 2) that describes how decision making is carried<br />

out. The creation of this model was achieved by means of roundtable<br />

discussions, the results of which were verified with other researchers’<br />

results and supplemented by a decision questionnaire.<br />
