- Fundamental knowledge of building materials and building material analytics<br />

Outcome<br />

Content Inorganic building materials like mortar, cement or brick stones belong to the<br />

oldest materials of the cultural history and are in use until today. Nowadays they<br />

are complemented with high performance materials like fibre reinforced concrete<br />

or special ceramics. Subjects of the module are the production, properties,<br />

processing, recycling and disposal of important building materials as well as<br />

specific methods for their evaluation and analytics.<br />
