1.0 SCOPE<br />

1.1 This specification covers the minimum requirements <strong>of</strong> various records,<br />

reports and drawings for all aspects <strong>of</strong> pipeline construction to be<br />

prepared by Contractor and submitted to the Company at intervals as<br />

described in this specification and as directed by Company.<br />

1.2 All document required to prepared and submitted by Contractor as per<br />

this specification shall be in addition to the various reports, records,<br />

methodology statement, calculation, drawings etc. to be submitted by the<br />

Contractor for Company’s record, review or approval as per the<br />

requirements <strong>of</strong> all other specification included in the Contract between<br />

the Company and Contractor.<br />

1.3 This specification shall be read in conjunction with the conditions <strong>of</strong> all<br />

specifications and document included in the Contract between Company<br />

and Contractor.<br />

2.0 RECORDS<br />

2.1 Daily<br />

Contractor shall submit daily, weekly, monthly and after completion to the<br />

Company, various records and reports for Company’s documentation<br />

purpose during and immediately after the construction. This shall as<br />

minimum include, but not limited to the following :<br />

• Separate progress reports <strong>of</strong> all crews<br />

• Daily welding results and repairs<br />

• Actual weather conditions<br />

• Application for deviations, if any<br />
