- Test pressure and date <strong>of</strong> test.<br />

In order to achieve this, Contractor shall identify all pipe elements.<br />

Sample format <strong>of</strong> Pipe Book shall be submitted for Company approval.<br />

3.5 As-Built Documents<br />

Contractor shall prepare all documents in the prescribed format as<br />

indicated below. In addition to the three hard copies, three copies <strong>of</strong> final<br />

documents shall also be submitted in electronic media i.e. CD ROM/ floppy<br />

diskettes.<br />

S<strong>of</strong>tware used for the preparation <strong>of</strong> these documents shall be as follows:<br />

Type document S<strong>of</strong>tware<br />

a) Reports/ Documents MS Office<br />

b) Drawings Auto CAD<br />

For the purpose <strong>of</strong> preparation <strong>of</strong> as-built drawings, Contractor shall<br />

update the “Issued for construction” drawings issued by the Company. It<br />

shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to covert the drawings furnished by<br />

the Company in hard copy into CAD drawings including scanning,<br />

digitising and converting the drawings into a suitable format compatible<br />

with the AutoCAD and above. As-built drawings shall be prepared only on<br />

AutoCAD drawings.<br />
