13 PRÉVISIONS OU ESTIMATIONS DU BÉNÉFICE Informations prévisionnelles 13.1 INFORMATIONS PRÉVISIONNELLES Le carnet de commandes (backlog) correspond aux réservations effectuées qui n’ont pas encore donné lieu à constatation de chiffre d’affaires. Ce carnet de commandes représente l’équivalent de 19 mois d’activité de promotion (base chiffre d’affaires 2011)et confère une bonne visibilité à l’activité de Nexity: • le carnet de commandes de l’Immobilier résidentiel s’établit à 2.606millions d’euros, en progression de 11 % sur un an. Ce carnet représente plus de 18mois d’activité (base chiffre d’affaires Immobilier résidentiel 2011); et • le carnet de commandes de l’Immobilier d’entreprise s’élève à 709millions d’euros au 31décembre2011, contre 390millions un an plus tôt, suite aux importantes prises de commandes de l’année. Ce carnet représente plus de deux ans d’activité (base chiffre d’affaires Immobilier d’entreprise 2011). Le Groupe a indiqué, lors de sa communication sur l’activité commerciale et les résultats annuels 2011 (voir communiqué de presse du 21février2012), anticiper les perspectives suivantes pour 2012: • Immobilier résidentiel : année de creux pour le marché résidentiel, maintien de la part de marché dans un marché attendu entre 70.000 et 80.000 logements neufs ; • Immobilier d’entreprise : objectif de l’ordre de 200 millions d’euros de prises de commandes ; • chiffre d’affaires consolidé 2012 attendu supérieur à 2,6 milliards d’euros ; • objectif de résultat opérationnel courant supérieur à 200 millions d’euros, hors charges liées au projet Nexity Demain ; et • proposition de versement d’un dividende de 2 euros par action au titre de 2011. À l’occasion de la réunion d’analystes portant sur la présentation de l’activité commerciale et des résultats annuels 2011 et lors du Webcast tenu le 22 février 2012 sur le même thème, le Groupe a précisé que le montant des charges d’exploitation non récurrentes induites par le projet Nexity Demain au titre de 2012 était estimé à environ 17 millions d’euros. 158 - Document de référence / 2011 Nexity
