<strong>The</strong>lma Dague<br />

Jan. 22, 1910 - April 28, <strong>1996</strong><br />

<strong>The</strong>lma DAGUE, 86, Kewanna, died at 5:51 a.m. Sunday at Woodlawn Hospital.<br />

She was born in Cass <strong>County</strong> to Claude and Bertha (GUY) HAMMON. She married<br />

Harold MARSHALL June 24, 1929 in Logansport. He died in 1957. She later married Ivan M.<br />

“Ike” DAGUE March 17, 1960 in Bethlehem Township, Cass <strong>County</strong>. He preceded her in death<br />

April 8, 1993.<br />

She was actively involved with her husband in dairy farming until their retirement. She<br />

was a member of the Fletcher’s Lake United Methodist Church where she was past treasurer. She<br />

was a member of the Fletcher’s Lake United Methodist Church Women.<br />

Surviving are two sisters, Betty HOFF, Lucerne and Dorothy DAGUE, Kewanna; one<br />

brother, Edgar HAMMON, Jacksonville, Fla.; many nieces and nephews.<br />

She was preceded in death by one sister, Helen PASCHEN; and two brothers, Don and<br />

Ralph HAMMON.<br />

Services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Zimmerman Family Funeral Home in <strong>Fulton</strong><br />

with the Rev David SOMMERS officiating. Burial will be in the Metea Cemetery. Visitation is<br />

4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home<br />

Memorials may be left to the Fletcher’s Lake United Methodist Church.<br />

Clara A. Nichols<br />

July 18, 1916 - April 27, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Clara Alice NICHOLS, 79, died at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at Miller Merry Manor Nursing<br />

Home, Plymouth.<br />

She was born in <strong>Fulton</strong> <strong>County</strong> to Arthur and <strong>The</strong>resa FISH CASLOW. She married<br />

Lowell NICHOLS. He preceded her in death May 26, 1967.<br />

She had been a resident of Argos since coming there from Detroit, Mich. in 1977. She<br />

retired from Nabisco Corp in Detroit in 1977. She was a member of the Argos United Methodist<br />

Church.<br />

Surviving are two nieces, Pat HISSONG, Argos, Donna REICHARD, Bourbon; one<br />

nephew, Michael CASLOW, Donaldson; several great-nieces and nephews.<br />

She was preceded in death by one brother, Donald CASLOW. He died in 1989.<br />

Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Grossman Funeral Home in Argos with the Rev.<br />

Robin SMITH officiating. Burial will be in the Summit Chapel Cemetery in Bourbon. Visitation<br />

is 4-8 p.m. today or after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.<br />

Memorials may be made to the Argos Emergency Medical Service.
