Sept. 25, 1943 - Sept. 29, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Lowell A. WAHLIG, 53, Athens, died at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lutheran Hospital of<br />

Indiana, Ft. Wayne, where he had bee a patient for three weeks. Born in <strong>Rochester</strong> to Joe and<br />

Louise CLEMANS WAHLIG, he graduated in 1963 from North Miami High School. He had<br />

been employed by Kralis Brothers Foods, Mentone, for 20 years.<br />

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Louise WAHLIG, Athens; two sons, Paul and wife<br />

Suzanne WAHLIG, Pierceton, Michael WAHLIG, Warsaw, and teo grandsons, Kody and Logan<br />

WAHLIG. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jerry (Audry) BUCHAN, Mrs. David<br />

(Andrea) DAY, and a brother, Larry and wife Donna WAHLIG, all of Ft. Wayne.<br />

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, with the<br />

Rev. George HAPNER officiating. Burial will be at Athens Cemetery. Visitation is from 5-8<br />

p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.<br />

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.<br />

Samantha Marie Conley<br />

Samantha Marie CONLEY, <strong>Rochester</strong>, was stillborn Saturday at Woodlawn Hospital.<br />

She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Tina EWING CONLEY. Surviving also are<br />

maternal grandparents, Donna EWING and Brent KRAMER, both of <strong>Rochester</strong>, and a meternal<br />

step-grandfather, Roger COTTRELL, Van Buren; maternal great-grandparents, Bob and Paula<br />

EWING and Bob and June KRAMER, both of <strong>Rochester</strong>; maternal step-great-grandmother,<br />

Shirley Jane COTTRELL, Amboy; paternal grandparents Richard and Paula J. SEE, Denver, and<br />

Jim and Ellen CONLEY, <strong>Rochester</strong>; paternal great-grandparets, Clair and Hazel COAHRAN,<br />

Macy, and Dean and Vessie ENYART, <strong>Rochester</strong>. Private graveside services will be at 2 p.m.<br />

today at Macy Plainview Cemetery with the Rev. David WELSH officiating Foster & Good<br />

Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, is in charge of arrangements.<br />

Wendell D. Sanders<br />

Wendell D. SANDERS, 63, 1116 Franklin St., <strong>Rochester</strong>, died at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday at<br />

St. Joseph Hospital of Marshall <strong>County</strong>, Plymouth, following an illness.<br />

Born in <strong>Rochester</strong> to Vern F. and Annabelle V. DAVIS SANDERS, he lived his entire<br />

life in the <strong>Rochester</strong> area. He had attended South Bend Business College. He retired in 1993<br />

from the shipping department at Torx Products after 40 years. He was a member of Grace United<br />

Methodist Church and Circus Fans of America, Peru.<br />

He is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Holly NAJAFIARAB, Francesville, Miss Heather<br />

Faye LONG, <strong>Rochester</strong>, a nephew, Birch and wife Kimberly LONG, Rochesrter, and three greatnephews.<br />

He is also survived by a brother-in-law Franklin LONG, <strong>Rochester</strong>. He was preceded<br />

in death by his parents, a sister Virginia LONG, April 10, 1984, and a brother Francis E.<br />

SANDERS, April 2, 1992.<br />

Services are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, with<br />

Dr. C. David HOGSETT officiating Burial is in I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m.<br />

Thursday and after 9 a.m. until services Friday.
