Margaret K. WISLEY, 76, <strong>Rochester</strong>, died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at St Vincent’s<br />

Hospital in Indianapolis<br />

She was born in Topeka, Kan., to William Russell and Hazel (KERCHOFF) WARWICK<br />

She married Ernest “Bill” WISLEY Oct. 29, 1940. He survives in Lafayette.<br />

A vice-president of <strong>Rochester</strong>’s First Federal Savings Bank, she retired after 18 years of<br />

service.<br />

She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church; a former Welcome Wagon<br />

representative; and was a member of Psi Iota Xi sorority.<br />

Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Jayne HAGUE, Carmel; one son, Michael L.<br />

and Mary [WISLEY], Naperville, Ill.; nine grandchildren; one brother, William and Alberta<br />

WARWICK, Lafayette; several nieces and nephews.<br />

Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. John ZAHN<br />

officiating. Burial will be in St Boniface Cemetery, Lafayette. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday at<br />

Foster & Good Funeral Home in <strong>Rochester</strong>. <strong>The</strong>re will be a prayer vigil at 8 p.m. Friday.<br />

Memorials may be left to the Heart Fund.<br />

Sept. 6, 1915 - May 17, <strong>1996</strong><br />

John E. ELLSWORTH, 80, Mentone, died today at 12:16 a.m. at Mason Health Care<br />

Center, Warsaw.<br />

He was born in Mentone to Lott David and Sarah JOHNSON ELLSWORTH. He<br />

married Martha REICHET in 1938. She survives. He was a lifetime resident of Mentone. He<br />

worked as a machinist for Gatke in Warsaw. A World War II veteran, he belonged to the<br />

American Legion.<br />

Preceding him in death are two sisters, Betty FLORY and Marie WORKMAN; and one<br />

grandson, Michael LEEPER.<br />

Surviving with his wife are one daughter Cynthia LEEPER, Bremen; one granddaughter,<br />

Monica LEEPER, Indianapolis; three sisters, Alice DANNER, Bourbon, Mary SARBER,<br />

Warsaw, and Leota REINHOLTZ, Mishawaka.<br />

Services will be at 2 p.m Sunday at King Memorial Home, Mentone, with the Revs. Greg<br />

RITTENHOUSE and T.R. JONES officiating. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. on Saturday. Burial will be<br />

at the Mentone Cemetery, Mentone.<br />

Elizabeth A. Rayburn<br />

Dec. 9, 1924 - May 15, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Elizabeth Ann DeHAHN RAYBURN, 72, Lafayette, died Wednesday at Winona<br />

Hospital, Indianapolis.<br />

She was born in Lafayette to Rudolph and Irene DeHAHN. She married Robert Lee<br />

RAYBURN in 1944. He survives.<br />

She worked at Lafayette Life Insurance Comapny for many years.<br />

Surviving with her husband are one son, David RAYBURN, Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs.<br />

Cecil PLATT, <strong>Rochester</strong>; and Mrs. William HOLLERMAN, Rensselaer, formerly of <strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

Services will be at Saint Boniface Catholic Church, 9th Street, Lafayette, at 10 a.m.<br />

Saturday. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today. Burial will be at the Saint Boniface Cemetery, Lafayette.
