Jack Edward WEAVER, 68, died at 5:01 a.m. Saturay at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta,<br />

Ga.<br />

He was born in Lapel to Russell Jack and Mary Marie (ESTES) WEAVER. He married<br />

Dorothy HUNNESHAGEN March 19, 1955 in Kokomo. She survives.<br />

He was a retired attorney. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served in World War II.<br />

Surviving are one daughter, Susan NUEHRING, Avondale Estates, Ga.; three sons,Doug<br />

[WEAVER], Bedford, Mass., Andy [WEAVER], Greentown, Rusty [WEAVER], Delray Beach,<br />

Fla.; three grandchildren; one sister, Elaine COLLINS, Walton.<br />

He was preceded in death by one daughter.<br />

Memorial services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster St.,<br />

Kokomo with the Rev. Frank KILCLINE officiating.<br />

Memorials may be left in lieu of flowers to Children’s Wish Foundation International,<br />

8615 Roswell Red., Atlanta, Ga. 30350.<br />

Dr. Arthur A. Heltzel<br />

Mar. 18, 1913 - May 11, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Dr. Arthur A. HELTZEL, 83, Nashville, Tenn., died at 5:37 a.m. Saturday at Vanderbilt<br />

Medical Center.<br />

He was born in Akron to the later Elmer A. and Lillian DAWSON HELTZEL.<br />

He was a Hopkinsville, Ky, dentist for 50 years and a member of the First United<br />

Methodst Church for 48 years. He served as an Army captain during World War II. He was a<br />

member and past presdent of the Lions Club and a member of the Kentucky Dental Association.<br />

Surviving are his wife, Verna H HELTEL, Hopkinsville; a son, Duane H. HELTZEL,<br />

Hopkinsville; two daughters, Deanna STAPLES and Dr. Janine DAVIE, both of Hopkinsville; two<br />

brothers, Marvin L. HELTZEL, Fort Pierce, Fla., and Gordon E. HELTZEL, <strong>Rochester</strong>; two<br />

sisters, Amy H. SISULAK, Riverside, Ill., and Ethel H. MILLER, Logansport; and six<br />

grandchildren.<br />

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, with the<br />

Revs. Thomas W. EBLEN and Ken HUGHES and Stuart SISULAK officiating. Burial will<br />

follow in the Riverside Cemetery.<br />

Memorials may either be made to the American Heart Association or the First United<br />

Methodist Church choir fund.<br />

Manford WOOD, 80, formerly of Talma, died at 9:20 a.m today at <strong>Rochester</strong> Health Care<br />

Center. Arrangements are pending at King Memorial Hoe in Mentons.
