Herbert O. Kubley<br />

Word has been rceived of the death of Herbert Owen KUBLEY, 80, formerly of Argos,<br />

on Friday in Mesa, Ariz.<br />

Mr. Kubley farmed near the Argos area before moving to Mesa three years ago. He is<br />

survived by his wife, Mary Kathryn WEST KUBLEY, Mesa; two sons Ronnie KUBLEY, Argos,<br />

Gary KUBLEY, and six grandchildren.<br />

Services were private. Ingterment was in the East Valley Crematory, Mesa. Bunker’s<br />

Garden Chapel, Mesa, was in charge of arrangements.<br />

Dec. 27, 1903 - Dec. 2, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Helen B. HATFIELD, 92, died at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth, at 11:05 p.m.<br />

on Monday.<br />

She was a longtime Marshall <strong>County</strong> resident and had lived in Talma.<br />

Born in Plymouth to Elmer G and Mary EBEL BURNS, she married Ralph HATFIELD<br />

on June 18, 1961 in the Plymouth EU.B. Church; he died May 29, 1984.<br />

She worked as the dental assistant and office manager for Dr. J.M. JORDAN. She was<br />

also employed by the Marshall <strong>County</strong> Bank.<br />

She was a proud and active lifetime member of the Trinity United Methodist Church,<br />

Plymouth. She was a member of United Methodist Women and the Band of Hope Sunday School<br />

Class. She was also a 50-year member of Chapter 26 of the Order of the Eastern Star.<br />

She is survived by her sister <strong>The</strong>lma COLLINS and a sister-in-law Hazel BURNS, both<br />

of Plymouth; four nieces, and their spouses Mary Sue and Willis BURROUGHS, Argos, Betty and<br />

Merle YOCKEY, Fort Waye, Peggy and Del FAST, Roanoke, Texas, Joan and Wallace<br />

WHITCOMB, Bunker Hill; one nephew Dick SHREEVE and his wife Marilyn SHREEVE, West<br />

Virginia; and several great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister Gladys<br />

SHREEVE and one brother Ford BURNS.<br />

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100<br />

N Michigan St., Plymouth, with Pastor Maurice GRINDLE and Mike BURROUGHS officiating.<br />

Bural wil be in the I.O.O.F Cemetery, <strong>Rochester</strong>. Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Thursda at the<br />

funeral home.<br />

Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church Music<br />

Fund.<br />

Charles S. BURNETT Jr, 67, 1714 Mitchell Dr., <strong>Rochester</strong>, died at 1:30 a.m. today at<br />

Indiana University Medical Center Hospital, Indiaapolis.<br />

Arrangements are pending at Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>.
