Sept. 20, 1933 - July 14, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Sidney SPOHN, 62, Argos, died at 4:35 p.m. Sunday at his residece.<br />

Born in Lapaz to Freemont and Virginia SMITH SPOHN, he married Dorothy WOLF on<br />

June 21, 1953 in Argos. She survives. He retired in 1995 from Wood-Teck, Argos. He was a<br />

volunteer for the Argos Fire Department for 17 years and had served in the U.S. Army Reserves<br />

for four years.<br />

Surviving with his wife are four daughters, Donna BURGER and her husband Alan,<br />

Osceola, Janice DIANGIKIS and her husband Robert, Argos, Susan GOOD, Argos, and Lori<br />

AMAN and her husband James, Bourbon; one son, David SPOHN and his wife Sharon, Plymouth;<br />

eighteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Lorene WELDY and her<br />

husband Charles, and Doris HINES, Plymouth.<br />

Services will be at 2 p.m.Wednesday at Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, with Rev. Tom<br />

PADBEIG officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos. Friends may call from 2-<br />

4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to services at the funeral home.<br />

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Marshall <strong>County</strong>.<br />

Marjorie E. Cave<br />

April 1, 1929 - July 14, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Marjorie E. CAVE, 67, <strong>Rochester</strong>, died at 9:40 a.m. Sunday at St. Vincents Hospital,<br />

Indianapolis.<br />

Born near <strong>Fulton</strong> to George and Betty WINEGARDNER HARVEY, she married Francis<br />

E. CAVE on Jan.16, 1971 in <strong>Rochester</strong>. He survives. She worked for the former Kingsbury<br />

Ordnance Plant, near LaPorte, Torin Manufacturing Co., Inc. and CLEVE PAC, both of<br />

<strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

Preceding her in deth were one daughter, Robin DAGUE; and two brothers, George<br />

HARVEY Jr. and Gene HARVEY.<br />

Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Penny HILL, <strong>Rochester</strong>, and Teri<br />

HAWKS and her husband Joe, Marion; one son, Brian CAVE, <strong>Rochester</strong>; [six grandchildren; four<br />

great-grandchildren]; six sisters, Donnabelle ROGERS and Doris WARNER and her husband<br />

Norman, <strong>Rochester</strong>, Betty PUTNAM and her husband Doyal, Argos, Carol KINDIG and her<br />

husband Fred and Barbara HOLLOWAY and her husband, Mike, Mentone, and Linda BRENAN,<br />

Palmdale, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.<br />

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster & Good Funral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, with<br />

Rev. Steve FLECK officiatig. Burial will be at the <strong>Fulton</strong> Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4<br />

p.m. and 6-8 p.m Tuesday and for one hour prior to services at the funeral home.<br />

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetic Fund or to the American Heart<br />

Association.<br />

Charlotte E. Reed<br />

Charlotte E. REED, 77, Twelve Mile, died at 9:55 a.m. Saturday at Michigan Capital<br />

Medical Center, Lansing, Mich.<br />

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver. Visitation<br />

will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
