Jan. 29, 1928 - April 2, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Patricia B. COOK, 68, 104 Thompson Drive, Moore, Okla., died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at<br />

South West Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Okla.<br />

She was born in Deedsville to Merl and Edna ROBERTS FETROW. In January, 1951,<br />

she married Galen FRANTZ, who died Sept. 20, 1976. She then married Emmett COOK, who<br />

survives. She was a homemaker and residet of Moore, Okla., since 1960. She was a member of<br />

the Methodist Church, Moore, Okla.<br />

Surviving with her husband are one son, Eric Gene FRANTZ; one brother, James<br />

FETROW, Gloucester, Va.; four sisters, Maxine BEECHER, Valparaiso; Mrs. Kenneth (Bonnie)<br />

LAUTZENHISER, North Manchester; Jean SWARTZ, Akron; and Mrs. Charles (Sue) WIDNER,<br />

Sebring, Fla.; and two grandchildren. Preceding in death were three sisters.<br />

Services will be at 2 p.m Monday at Bender Chapel Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home,<br />

North Manchester, with the Rev. Carl LEMNA officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview<br />

Cemetery, Servia. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the chapel.<br />

Ignota Lee<br />

June 19, 1907 - April 5, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Ignota LEE, 88, Covington Health Care Center, Covington, Ohio, died at 4 a.m. Friday at<br />

the center where she was a resident for the last five years. She was a former resident of <strong>Fulton</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong>.<br />

She was born in Tiosa to Roy and Florence WALLACE AILER. She lived most of her<br />

life in the <strong>Rochester</strong> area. She lived in Sebring, Fla., from 1972 to 1991. On Sept. 1, 1929 in<br />

Westfield she married Frank B. LEE who died Sept. 23, 1971. She was a homemaker and member<br />

of the Tiosa First Brethren Church.<br />

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William (Linda) KURTZ, San Jose, Calif., and Mrs.<br />

Jimmie (Marilyn) PHILLIPS, Troy, Ohio; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. Preceding<br />

in death were one sister, Reathel ALBER, and one brother, Russell AILER.<br />

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Tiosa First Brethren Church, with the<br />

Rev. Gerald ZOOK officiating. Burial will be in the Reichter Cemetery northeast of <strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home and one hour before<br />

services at the church.
