Nov. 10, 1928 - April 3, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Raymond W. PARMLEY, 67, Fort Myers, Fla., died at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday at his<br />

home.<br />

He was born in Gary, to Wallace W. and Helen GRABOWSKI PARMLEY. He was<br />

married to Carol E. MILLS, who survives. He was a retired pipe fitter and member of the Pipe<br />

Fitter Union Local 597. He lived in LaPorte before moving to Florida.<br />

Surviving with his wife are one daughter, Sue TRIGG, <strong>Rochester</strong>; three sons, Randy and<br />

Wayne [PARMLEY], both of LaPorte, and Terry [PARMLEY], Michigan City; thirteen<br />

grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one sister, Carol HATHAWAY. Preceding in death<br />

was one grandchild.<br />

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Haverstock Chapel, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte,<br />

with the Rev. Wayne ROSSON officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Lake Cemetery, LePorte.<br />

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and before the services Wednesday.<br />

Mauna F. Shultz<br />

June 8, 1904 - April 5, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Mauna Faye SHULTZ, 91, formerly of Mexico, died at 12:15 p.m. Friday at <strong>Rochester</strong><br />

Health Care Center.<br />

She was born in Adams <strong>County</strong>, Ohio, to Hamilton and Jennie BREWER PIATT. In<br />

April 1923 at Maysville, Ky., she married Ernest P. SHULTZ who died in April 1967. She was a<br />

homemaker.<br />

Surviving are 11 children, Alma SEASE, Redding, Calif.; Edward [SHULTZ],<br />

Huntington; Sarah MIKESELL, Peru; Pauline WAHAB, Peru; Eldon [SHULTZ], Mexico; Lois<br />

DeFORD, <strong>Rochester</strong>; Teresa SIXBEY, Chili; Donald [SHULTZ], Deedsville, Malcolm<br />

[SHULTZ], Wichester, Tenn.; Delore STAPLETON, ount Sterling, Ky.; and Karla WOLFE,<br />

Mexico; forty-four grandchildren; sixty-six great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren;<br />

one sister, Dorothy LAND, LaPorte; and three brothers, Foster and Bunn [PIATT], both of<br />

Florida, and Taft [PIATT], Missouri. Preceding in death with her husband are one son, Marion<br />

[SHULTZ]; one grandson; one great-grandson and one great-great-grandson; two sisters, Ennie<br />

BURNA and Stella PIATT, and one brother, Charles [PIATT].<br />

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, with the Revs.<br />

Lowell BURRUS and Lawrence SEE officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery,<br />

Mexico. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
