Gertrude A. Hermann Mundt<br />

March 14, 1912 - Feb. 26, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Gertrude A. HERMANN MUNDT, 83, 414 Sweetgum Road, died at 8:15 p.m. Monday<br />

at Life Care Center of <strong>Rochester</strong>, where she had resided since November, 1994.<br />

She was born in Muskegon, Mich., to John and Anna MONSMA GREENDYKE. On<br />

Nov. 10, 1934, in LaPorte, she married Fred R. HERMANN, who died on July 12, 1980. On Aug.<br />

24, 1987, in Winamac, she married Bernard MUNDT Sr., who died on Oct.19, 1991. She had<br />

lived in the Rocheser area since 1948, having come from Muskegon, Mich She was a salesperson<br />

for the former Wiles Department Store and a member of Liberty Baptist Church, both of<br />

<strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Gordon (Diane) BATHRICK, Muskegon, Mich; Mrs.<br />

Robert (Sandra) CARPENTER, Jackson, Mich; Mrs. Jerry (Marcia) BEHRENS, Des Moines,<br />

Iowa; and Mrs. Larry (Kristine) MUELLER, <strong>Rochester</strong>; four sons, Frad Robert and Anne<br />

HERMANN, Milford, Del.; Jerrold W. and Donna HERMANN, <strong>Rochester</strong>, <strong>Rochester</strong>; Dr Bruce<br />

D. and Dianne HERMANN, Winaac; and Brad and Kaye HERMANN, Macy; two step-daughters,<br />

Mrs. Frank (Karen) McCULLY, Florida; and Mrs. Richard (Teryl) WEISNER, Sturgeon Bay,<br />

Wis; four step-sons, Bernard MUNDT Jr., Havre de Grace, Md.; Michel and Kurt MUNDT, both<br />

of Muskegon, Mich.; and Marc MUNDT, Buffalo Grove, Ill; twenty-three grandchildren, and<br />

several great-grandchildren. Preceding in death were one sister, Catherine MUNDT; and two<br />

brothers, Jim and John GREENDYKE.<br />

Services will be at 2 p.m Friday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, with the<br />

Rev. Martin MASITTO officiating. Burial will be in the <strong>Rochester</strong> I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends<br />

may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.<br />

Joe Fisher<br />

May 18, 1943 - Feb. 28, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Joe FISHER, 52, 7909 North Tippecanoe Shores, Tippecanoe, died at 1 a.m. Wednesday<br />

at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.<br />

He was born in Plymouth to Bill and Lottie HARMON FISHER He had spent his entire<br />

lfe in the Tippecanoe community, and was divorced. He was in the logging business<br />

Surviving are one daughter, Tammy HERROLD, West Virginia; one grandson, Bryan<br />

HERROLD, West Virginia; his mother, Lottie SANNER, Bourbon; and several aunts, uncles and<br />

cousins.<br />

Arrangements are pendig at the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos.
