Jan. 16, 1952 - March 7, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Carol E. TEDZIEGLOSKI, 44, 3444 Second Ave., Detroit, Mich., died at 11:40 a.m.<br />

Thursday at her residence.<br />

She was born in Garden City, Mich., to Lynden and Barbara GRANCE SWANSON. In<br />

1977, she married John TENDZIEGLOSKI, who survives in Silver Lake. She had been a resident<br />

of Detroit, Mich., the past 11 years, having come from Warsaw. She was a waitress.<br />

Surviving are a companion, Darrell DEATON, Detroit, Mich.; one daughter, Judy<br />

SWANSON, <strong>Rochester</strong>; two grandsons, David and Kyle SWANSON, <strong>Rochester</strong>; her mother,<br />

Barbara SWANSON, Akron; one sister, Mrs. Edwin (Barbara) REEVES, Pierceton; and one<br />

brother, Lynden and wife Terry SWANSON Jr., Akron. Preceding in death was her father, who<br />

died in 1974.<br />

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, with<br />

the Rev. John ZAHN officiatig. Burial will be in the Athens Cemetery. Friends may call from 4<br />

to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m through the hour of services Tuesday at the funeral home. A<br />

vigil prayer service will be recited at 5:30 p.m Monday evening at the funeral home.<br />

Rena Wright<br />

April 28, 1900 - March 7, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Rena WRIGHT, 95, formerly of 1025 Madison St., died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday at Wesley<br />

Manor United Methodist Home, Frankfort, where she had resided since 1987.<br />

She was born near <strong>Rochester</strong> to William and Amanda SWINEHART WRIGHT. She<br />

lived most of her life in <strong>Rochester</strong> and many winters in West Palm Beach, Fla. She was a<br />

graduate of DePauw University, and completed work at Purdue and Columbia universities. She<br />

was in charge of the English departmet at <strong>Rochester</strong> Community Schools for many years, before<br />

retiring in 1967. She also taught German, History and Social Studies. She was a member of the<br />

Grace United Methodist Church, Tri Kappa Sorority, Daughters of the American Revolution,<br />

<strong>Rochester</strong> Classroom Teachers Association and Indiana State Teachers Association.<br />

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Grace United Methodist Church, with the<br />

Rev. C. David HOGSETT officiatng. Burial will be in the Reichter Cemetery, near <strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re will be no visitation or viewing. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the<br />

service.<br />

Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, is in charge of the arrangements.
