Nov. 23, 1933 - Aug. 3, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Mable Delores FEECE, 63, Leiters Ford, died at 11:30 p.m Saturday at Woodlawn<br />

Hospital.<br />

Born in Burr Oak to Fred and Edith CAPRON, she married Junior FEECE in March 1952<br />

in Plymouth. He survives. She has resided most of her life in Leiters Ford and Plymouth<br />

communties. She was a clerk in the former Wiles Departmet Store, <strong>Rochester</strong>, for a number of<br />

years.<br />

Preceding her in death were one son, David [FEECE] on May 11, 1987, and three<br />

brothers, one in infancy,, Robert and Walter [CAPRON].<br />

Surviving with her husband are one son, Gary FEECE and his wife Anne-Rose, Leiters<br />

Ford; one granddaughter, Laurie FEECE, <strong>Rochester</strong>; and two brothers, Wayne CAPRON and his<br />

wife Viola, Bremen, Lester CAPRON and his wife Darlene, Warsaw.<br />

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, <strong>Rochester</strong>, with<br />

Rev. Robert METZGER officiating. Burial will take place at Leiters Ford Cemetery. Visitation<br />

will be from 5-8 p.m.Monday and Tuesday at 9 a.m. until services at the funeral home.<br />

Pauline H. Starr<br />

March 6, 1909 - Aug. 4, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Pauline H. STARR, 87, formerly of Mentone, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday at Elkhart<br />

General Hospital.<br />

Born in <strong>Fulton</strong> <strong>County</strong> to James HUBBARD and Lottie NEWELL, she married Dana<br />

Wallace STARR on March 26, 1932. He preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 1983. She lived in<br />

Mentone for 55 years prior to living in Elkhart. She was a homemaker.<br />

Preceding her in death with her husband were one brother, Roy HUBBARD, and one<br />

sister, Eva MIDDLETON.<br />

Surviving are one daughter, Pat McINTYRE and her husband Dean, Elkhart; one<br />

grandson, Greg McINTYRE, Elkhart.<br />

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the King Memorial Home, Mentone, with<br />

Rev. Lester TAYLOR officiating. Burial will take place at Mentone Cemetery and visitation will<br />

be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.<br />

Eileen Heiden<br />

June 18, 1931 - Aug. 4, <strong>1996</strong><br />

Eileen HEIDEN, 65, Kewanna, died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday at her residence.<br />

Born in Kewana to Harry Wilbur “Bud” and Ethel LINDEN CARR, she married Robert<br />

E. HEIDEN on Oct. 27, 1950 in Kewanna. He survives. She was a homemaker and a member of<br />

the Church of Christ, Kewanna, and a member of the Gleaner Life Insurcance Society. A 1949<br />

graduate of Kewanna High School, she was an avid craft maker.<br />

Preceding her in death was one brother.<br />

Surviving with her husband are two sons, Gary HEIDEN and his wife Deb, Kewanna,<br />

and Victor HEIDEN and his wife Ellen, Columbia City, and seven grandchidlren.<br />

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Harrrison-Metzger Funeral Home, Kewanna<br />

Chapel, with Rev. Cliff GANO officiating. Burial will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lake<br />

Bruce. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m Tuesday and after 8 a.m. Wednesday until services at the<br />

funeral home.
