Summary The allocation of Employment Land is totally inappropriate for Dwygyfylchi, which, as a gateway village to the Snowdonia National Park, has tourism as its
main function. Whilst creation of employment in Conwy Borough is necessary, Dwygyfylchi is not the appropriate location for such development. Industrial
estates are currently being constructed at Mochdre and East of Colwyn Bay and both are under-used so there is simply no reason for another industrial site in
Dwygyfylchi. Such a development could seriously harm existing tourist related businesses and could destroy future tourism opportunities.
Change Sought: Small, appropriate development on the footprint of the Little Chef site may be considered a good use of the existing site, but expanding such development to
the surrounding fields is not appropriate.

Summary The land earmarked for employment allotment is on virgin greenfield and access would be problematic.
Change Sought: There is a need to actively seek existing brownfield sites for the developments to continue.

Summary I am objecting on the grounds of
a) this will be a serious blot on the landscape, ruining a beautiful view.
b) this will be encroaching on green fields.
c) this will be detrimental to wildlife / loss of habitat for wildlife.
d)as there is no access to the site from the west, ie Anglesey or Bangor; it will mean unacceptable amounts of traffic through the village, the roads are
certainly not up to this and it will be an accident waiting to happen.
e)We live in close proximity to the proposed site and have NOT been consulted
Change Sought: Delete site.
