Summary A development of this size in the historical centre of the village will forever change its character, take away the last remaining open green areas, and spoil the
village. I also doubt that any houses built will be within the financial reach of local people, and that they will be acquired by social housing providers for people
from outside Conwy. Llysfaen has had more than its fair share of development in recent years, including private housing, social housing and the controversial
nearby landfill site, and the council should seek to find an alternative site.

Summary Any houses built on this field, which has been used as grazing land for countless years, will upset the balance of the Tier 1 village of Llysfaen. It will create
substantial overlooking of Cynfran, Gadlas & Glyndwr Roads. The houses in these roads where built before the 2nd world war to the plan of the model aucher
estate & where never intended to be 'built up'.

Summary Close to the primary school which could not sustain the increased level of children that a new development would bring.
The roads surrounding the school are far to narrow to accommodate the extra traffic the development would bring.
The houses that would be built would not be for locals, but for incomers which as we have had in the past on other sites leads to social problems.
There has been historically a religious site on the rectory field & Church for over a thousand years and development of this land would negate all the history
and ruin the village.
